IWWF World Rulebook 2019

The 2019 World Rulebook is now available and it incorporates several rule changes that are applicable in 2019.
One significant change affects Trick 5, where reverse turns were limited to 360 degrees but may follow a 540 or 720. Now all the individual surface tricks and their reverses can be scored….and it’s no longer compulsory to have red and green flags in the boat. (This change is a little late arriving). There will be hard A5 size copies of the World, E&A and British Additional Rules available to all those that attend the Officials Seminar on 4th May.
The World Rulebook can be downloaded here:

Congratulations to Robert Hazelwood

Robert Hazelwood achieved a British U21 Record equalling score of 3 buoys @ 10.25 metres at a competition at Lago Valle Maipo in Chile at the weekend.
Robert is keeping it in the family as this record was set in August 2003 by his cousin Will Asher. So its taken 15 years to equal it and the obvious challenge for Rob now is to beat it and make it his own. Well Done Rob Keep up the good work.
